I would recommend because it was convenient and an easy process to Aquire, however I would warn people that the truck is very dirty and your things may get dirty as well.

Location was fine. U-Haul app forcing me to pre-pay for 30 miles instead of 10 like I wrote in my reservation was scummy business.
Austin AI took an Uber to location of pickup. I arrived 15 minutes early. When I got my bill I was charged an extra full day because of that. The representative did not tell me this. I would have waited q5 minutes. But yet I returned it earlier and with more gas, yet no discount for that. I feel like every company is absolutely finding every possible way to take advantage of their customers. U haul is like the other scumbag companies. Please feel free to sue me because I will be posting on every form.
