Uhauls site allows you to add on Dollie’s, moving pads, etc. we added several items, this location did not have a dolly or enough moving pads, you should change your website to match what the locations carry

CARLOS CThe app said/showed the lock on the truck bed door and key in a box inside the bed. Neither were found after quite a time searching. Spent another 15-20 minutes trying to use the code on the lock on the night return box to no avail. Finally looked up and saw a lock on the 24/7 box but the lock was too high to see the numbers on the lock (I'm 5'3"). My son came to help and got the lock open. One hour later I drove the truck off the property. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone regardless of how convenient the location.
