My reservation pick up was for 8:30 am and location didn’t open until 10am. When I went to do the online pick up, there was no key left in either of the lockbox’s. When I finally was called back by one of their workers of the shop, they were very unprofessional and stated that they were not there the day before and unaware of the reservation. It was a super inconvenience because I had to go back and forth from home and delayed my moving process.

I used the 24/7 app to pick up at this location. It was my first time using the app and it was simple.
James LPerson at location/ UHAUL rep was not happy to have to help… very frustrated & was texting boss while helping us telling him he wasn’t doing this anymore “this wasn’t his job”. When I first arrived he said my equipment wasn’t available/ didn’t have reservation. Didn’t seem to know what to do. Had to call for help. It was a mess. Won’t go to this location again.
