Had pick up location moved twice and the truck I was renting was at my original location, 1/4 mile from my house!! Glenn was a rock star when I went to second location and it was actually closed. He came and helped get me set up at 3rd location. Custom Auto World was nice and helpful but I ended up driving 20 more miles for something that was less than one originally. Never reserving online again.
