Excellent and newer truck provided. There was an issue with closing the cabin door during drop off and I was able to contact Uhaul right away. They guided me through the process. Very helpful.

Jaspal KStaff was friendly, when I started driving the truck the check engine light came on and the A/C worked intermittently, I was initially charged $734.94, when I returned the truck with a full tank my invoice was $699.85, the charge on my card is still $734.94, will this be adjusted?
Mike AI booked a truck in Alliston and was told the day before it was not going to be available and I had to pick up a different size truck in Baxter. Not happy about this. However, the experience in Baxter was excellent. The woman helped me efficiently and cheerfully. Equipment was as expected and worked fine.
