Check-in for the rental was online only, customer service was available by video kiosk only. The online check-in process is ridiculous, way too many steps (take pictures, upload pictures, etc.) and takes far too long. I will not be renting from this or any other facility that uses online-only check-in. It's not worth the time it takes.

This is my preferred location for pick up.
Robyn PI haven’t rented for a while and wasn’t aware of the new automated lobby service center. It took a little getting used to but overall was a good experience. The people I spoke with were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I’ll definitely recommend this location to others.
