Everything was done remotely online and through a video kiosk. The vehicle keys were placed in a lockbox. The person on the other end of the Kiosk stated there was 7/8 tank of gas in the vehicle. When I got in the vehicle, it was between 3/4 and 1/2 tank. To avoid getting overcharged for gas, I went ahead and filled the tank up past 7/8 before returning. The vehicle usage was less than 20 miles, but I got billed for 58 miles. There is nobody at the facility to address this issue. Very disappointed!
CHARLES FCheck-in for the rental was online only, customer service was available by video kiosk only. The online check-in process is ridiculous, way too many steps (take pictures, upload pictures, etc.) and takes far too long. I will not be renting from this or any other facility that uses online-only check-in. It's not worth the time it takes.

Robyn PI haven’t rented for a while and wasn’t aware of the new automated lobby service center. It took a little getting used to but overall was a good experience. The people I spoke with were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I’ll definitely recommend this location to others.
