Quite sad. The older lady working was struggling to figure out the computer. Tried to tell me I was at the wrong location, and then after realizing it was the right location, tried to tell me my trailer was at a different location, when in fact it was at the same location. She seemed overly confused and unaware of how to properly handle the rental process

The day of pickup, no one was at the location to help with the truck and trailer. I had movers scheduled for the following morning but wouldn’t have the truck even though I showed up well before closing. This was a major inconvenience.
