Having to take photos, find the lock box and put in the code made this feel like a scavenger hunt. I was a little caught off guard on the closed gate and hesitated if I could enter legally or not. I would have also liked the opportunity to do many of the initial questions/photos BEFORE picking the vehicle up.

MAURICIO RHours of operation are a little restrictive since they don't open until 10:00 am, you almost have to add an extra day of rental if you plan on starting your move early in the morning which most people do, but the location is great with friendly service.
