I didnt get my 6x12 trailer rental. Got disappointed because the previous customer didnt not return the trailer so I just used 5x9 trailer. Glad the guy was cooperative.
JEAN PWish the truck had a dolly
BRUCE GThe wiper blades seem to need to be replaced. Also, the headlights were not very bright. I could not see far enough ahead of the vehicle to stop safely if needed.
JASON HI reserved my U-Haul with a dolly and a dozen blankets a week in advance from when I needed it. However, I received a call from where I rented the U-Haul that they did not have a dolly or the blankets that I reserved available. Normally, this would not be a big deal because I just could have made arrangements elsewhere, however they waited until a couple hours before I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul to inform me that the dolly and blankets were not available. By then, I did not have the time to make other arrangements and just had to take what I could get from them. I reserved the U-Haul a week in advance, and they waited until a couple hours before pickup to tell me this. It seems like they could've informed me of this much sooner, but by then I was left with little choice but to keep the reservation as is.
