For one I believe we have 24 hrs to have a truck. The guy was calling me 30 mins after my given time that I told him I would be done. I have never received a call when I rented a truck before. And I’ve been using uhaul for over 5 years on and off. Then the truck they gave me was really dirty.. so of course all my furniture got white dirt all over

RUTHIE MI didnt get my 6x12 trailer rental. Got disappointed because the previous customer didnt not return the trailer so I just used 5x9 trailer. Glad the guy was cooperative.
