The truck was clean and in new condition. The service was great.

TERRY CI requested an appliance dolly which was not there. I had to drive 20 miles to another UHaul to get the dolly. The employees did spend time locating an appliance dolly. This was a major inconvenience and slowed down my moving process. I believe i ordered a truck with a lift gate. The truck that was provided had a ramp but not a lift gate. Not sure if these issues belong to the specific UHaul site or are a systemic problem with UHaul. Also, the UHaul with the appliance dolly was helpful and let me leave the dolly with the truck when I returned it so I didnt have to drive back to their site.
LYDIA SWhen the facility representative opened the U-Haul, there was trash inside. There were also towels and a full-size bed frame in the cargo hold. The representative apologized for the items and quickly cleaned the truck.
