Very easy to rent. The owner was extremely affable and helpful. He explained pickup and drop-off, and provided his person cell in case there were any issues. Everything went smoothly.
Amy OI opted for the mobile phone pick up but had to call the 800 number which had a 10 minute hold & had to talk with a person on site to actually pick up the rental. Put me behind 40 minutes on a time sensitive move.
