Was just happy that auto transport trailer was available. I've made a couple reservations in the past and transport wasn't available and had to find another. Just a simple thanks for honoring the online reservation and having the trailer ready as agreed.

No improvement needed. In fact, the continued texting by the location really helped keep me focused on the purchase. The need for the trailer was to move my Mother three hours to a retirement home and I had many other things on my mind! At one point we were thinking that she wouldn't be needing any items so continued updates were required. Well done!
