I got charged a cleaning fee. My guys said they swept the box out BUT I did not personally inspect it. Not sure but cannot argue.

it was perfect
TAMYIA JWas nervous to leave at this location because the gentleman kept telling me that I could be charged for dropping it off at another location than what was on my paperwork but I explained that the other location closed at noon on Saturday. I wanted someone to look it over while in front of me, check the proper mileage and ensure I could sign off without having any issues pop back up later.

Richard SU Haul was great however we had reserved an appliance dolly and when we got there he said he has just given his last one away. So we had to use a regular dolly. We made it work but did appreciate that.
