We rented a uhual and went 12 miles, got charged for gas and a cleaning fee. Had the vehicle for 2 hours and moved one wooden antique dresser. This was a horrible experience, the guy said it would be $50 and then charged us over a $100 for no reason at all. He was upset with me because his Google listing shows another location right next door him. I will assure we will never rent from U-Haul again and will ensure everyone knows about this scam.

BRIAN FI dropped off the Uhaul as I was told to, I did not block any entrances, and I could not park conventionally due to the trailer on the back, yet I was charged a random $30 after I dropped it off. I followed the instructions and was punished for it, so I will not be coming to this location, or using Uhaul again.
