The women who work here are are great, very helpful, friendly and professional. The male worker here needs some serious lessons in customer service!
DARRY JWhile the woman who handled my trailer rental was nice enough, I had to handle connecting the trailer to my vehicle on my own. When I returned the trailer later the same day, there was nobody there to check me in. I did figure out how to do that on the app, but they were open for business and should have had someone there to help. This location is part of a low-budget grocery/convenience store in what seems to be a rough part of town.
ROBERT BThis place ripped me off picked up there and dilverd there in 72 hr charged me 200 dallors then didn't check me in move the eqipment to senca charged me a nothere 250 dallors I tried talking to the place thay said thay will look in to it and never have so im done with uhaul
SHAWN HThe location was clean, and the employee who helped us was very nice and helpful. It didn't appear to be a full-service U-Haul in terms of supplies.
