It is in a very rough section of town. The staff were nice and did a good job, but they were late when I picked it up and dropped it off. When I picked it up they were supposed to open at 10 am, but I was waiting with two other parties till 10:15 or 10:20. When I dropped it off I purposely waited until 11 o'clock and no one was there. I ended up, dropping the key off in a dropbox and calling that afternoon to make sure it had been handled and it was. Also, I had requested online for blankets, a tow dolly, and furniture carts, but did not have any of those items.
