We had a miscommunication and I woke up to a very enraged employee pounding very hard on my front door, making threats to myself and family members. When Charlotte took over, everything was handled absolutely very professional and from there it was a great experience. Thr only reason I wouldn't recommend this particular office is because no one should have to be subjected to how this man treated us but I will recommend this office if Charlotte is the one who handles the particulars. Thank you, Charlotte for being the nicest and friendliest person and the otherwise excellent experience!
MICHELLE UI can't think of anything to improve the service that I was provided. Unfortunately for me when I started the reservation process for the Labor Day weekend the trailer that I needed was not available (already booked). I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to a location that still had the trailer that I needed. I suppose that is my fault for living in California since so many of us are trying to flee this mismanaged Democrat-Socialist state before we get taxed into poverty.
WALTER RStaff is friendly. They were fast at getting me in and on my way.
Amanda Kmaybe better rates for the mileage for good customers 1.09 adds up quick good truck though.
