ROY AI returned the vehicle at a time when the location was not open. Overall the app return worked fine other than i had to call the 800 number to get connected to someone to get the code for the gate.
Lyle PThe location was physically fine. However, there is a gated entrance which was locked. The facility was closed with no personnel working even though it is a 24/7 location. I had to call U-Haul and get transferred 3 times before someone was able to give me a code to the gate so I could return the trailer. After that the process was fine, but this took an extra 15 minutes. When I look up reviews, I see that many people had this same issue. A code for the gate should be included in the contract/drop off instructions/in the app.
