Had to use the app to turn the truck in. There was no one on site. The gates were closed at 10am on a Saturday. No code was provided. Luckily, a resident of the apartment complex within the gate came by just as I was starting to panic about getting the truck inside and he let me in. I parked it in front of a closed uhaul office at 10am on a Saturday. The entire experience was poor.
