They were very helpful. I needed a pigtail to hook the trailer to my truck. The explanation was very helpful - plus I took a picture so I knew what I needed. Everything was explained to me and was advised to take a video of the trailer for reference - in case of unexpected or explained damage. Was told I could call and ask questions - if needed. Had no trouble with the trailer.Thanks for an easy rental.

No staff at drop off location. Poor area to drop off trailers. Not big enough area for trailers and trucks
PATRICIA SPut more equipment here. Only has one open trailer. I have to drive 25 miles out of my way most of the time when I want to rent a trailer to get one.
