Why was I charged an additional $78 at this location?
DWANA MI had a tremendously difficult time returning the truck using your app. The app kept closing and making me restart and then my reservation disappeared. I then had to spend an extended time on hold waiting for a customer service representative to finish returning the truck. Overall the experience I give you an F
Melisa TEverything was great. However I do Not agree with the Insurance Fee of $80 ! That is Totally Ridiculous !!!! For a small trailer a little over a week. !!!! Next time I will use Penski !!!!
Raymond HWhen I went to pick up equipment tow transport wasn't attached. It was blocked by another truck that wouldn't go into gear. Finally got it moved and then couldn't get back door to truck open it was stuck. Took awhile to get it open.. set me back over 40 minutes It was very frustrating.. the clerk tried his best to get transport on truck he even tried pushing the transport by hand and also tried pushing by hand the truck that wouldn't go into gear.. then he said your good to go but when I tried to open the truck back door it wouldn't open. I would have been really upset had I gotten home to load 35 minutes away and not been able to load truck and have to go back.
