Tobi CThey were very helpful. I needed a pigtail to hook the trailer to my truck. The explanation was very helpful - plus I took a picture so I knew what I needed. Everything was explained to me and was advised to take a video of the trailer for reference - in case of unexpected or explained damage. Was told I could call and ask questions - if needed. Had no trouble with the trailer.Thanks for an easy rental.
