Close thie location the worst pickup experience ever in over 10 years with U-Hail Service. Rude and refused to asist with pickup. I was in tears from frustration, took an hour trying on the phone with U- Haul rep who finaly said she would help best she could from her in.
MAE OThe rental was absolutely filthy when we first opened the truck. Trash, crumbs, dirt, some sticky residue, even dirty socks. Also, the passenger seatbealt was wrapped behind the headrest in such a way it couldnt be used. The men at the registered claimed zero responsibility for the filth, and pawned all responsibility on U-HAUL. If not for immediately needing the truck, I would have cancelled the rental altogether. I felt gross sitting in it.
