No personnel were at this location so it should be more of a NA. Description of location of the key return box could have been mentioned. I walked to the front of the building and found it though the truck drop off is in the back so I looked in the back for it first.

Yeah we're both crates and foam in my car that I did not request as well as the fact that the dolly was broken. You guys gave me a $22 gas credit and that didn't even bring it up to a quarter tank which is what you required us to bring it back to you as... I do expect a refund for the dolly as well as the $10 extra dollars in gas we had to spend to get it to the quarter tank just to get to the location
