I checked in, had to unload the trailer myself, I was never inspected on return so I took a bunch of photos. Would like a more involved return for piece of mind and removing a 6’x12’ enclosed trailer on an uneven dirt parking lot without a tongue jack wasn’t easy.

NIA BGrateful to be able to rent the van after Enterprise didn't honor my reservation. Great experience on customer service reservation line and good service at the pick up/drop off location. Also, appreciated being able to leave my person vehicle during the rental time. Only thing was price said on the phone was half what it really was, so not sure why that daily difference of $49 on the call but ended up being $99?
Heather RIt doesn’t make since why you have two locations within two blocks of one another. I picked the uhall hub to get my vehicle and was sent to a gas station where the truck was parked in a field behind the station. I think you need to find better clients to have rent your equipment.
