Thomas MTook forever to get a truck. U-Haul tech service is subpar, it took over 30 minutes to get a tiny truck rented. I had denied the insurance as I was just moving a few items a mile from the facility and wasn't concerned anything would be damaged, but upon returning the truck I was charged a $20 insurance fee that I didn't have as part of my reservation. It was such a pain dealing with this location that I didn't even bother to fight the $20 fee, wasn't worth my time. Rent from Penske, much easier and more professional.
