Make sure the mileage is recorded correctly. I was charged for 25 extra miles that I definitely did not drive. Thankfully I took a photo of the odometer when I got in the vehicle. Also, submit that the U-Haul was returned and on time. I got an email saying I didn’t return the equipment- causing me to jump through hoops to prove I did.
