The large dog barking and running out toward us as we walked up was a bit disconcerting, but thankfully we are not afraid of dogs. I have a good friend who is, and she would have had a heart attack! Otherwise, we appreciate you working to track down the trailer that had not yet been returned, so that we could come back and get it rented.JENNIFER B.

Make the area around where to back the trailer in when returning it easier to access. There was a longer trailer beside it and we accidentally hit it with the side mirror on our truck and broke the mirror. Our fault but it could have been easier.Dane W.

Drop off at Ken's Repair & Sales went smooth.James K.
After being told yet again our location was moving, this time due to our original drop off being closed, we headed to Ken's. Didn't think we were in the correct place because it looks like something out of the Walking Dead, abandoned and run down. Even though we were well within the posted open hours, the place was closed...which we found extremely annoying considering that why they moved our drop off location in the first place! So we tried to return it online, but the website wouldn't work to accept my phone location. We were ready to just leave the truck on the side of the road and give up when we saw a horse walk by. Yes, a horse. So we followed the horse and he led us to a gentleman who said he could take the key from us. We were given no receipt or acknowledgment that our truck was returned. But at that point we were tired, annoyed, and quite frankly a bit freaked out with the location so we just gave him the key and got the heck out of there. Finally got a receipt emailed to me and I'm being charged an additional 53 dollars and I cannot get anyone to tell me what its for. Very frustrated with our whole uhaul experience.Paul H.

You need to look at the location. Uhaul should be embarrassed to allow there name be visible on this property or connected to this location. It's a complete trash pit, the renter did not help locate the trailer on his yard or assist to hook up or maintain the tow trailer.Lars B.

Communication was not the best. Picked up here instead of original reservation site due to availability. Supposed to get double miles and extra days if I returned to same site, but then got an email to take to different site even though pickup site indicated to return it there. Also got charged for too many extra miles because they did not honor the double miles offer. Had to file a dispute claim and email a supervisor to clear up the over charge. Got emails indicating it would be turned in for collection if not paid right away..... Went to original reservation site to clear up and they could not do anything since I picked the truck up at another site per UHaul. Communication should have been a lot better, but the truck was very good and worked well.Robert C.

No wind shield, wrong trailer hooked it,trailer lite on drivers side didn't work,got pulled over in Flagstaff.half tank of gas,business opened late. Not very friendly. Had to go back before leaving trailer straps were frozen,cut my hand.Karen H.

I was not scheduled to pick up the trailer there. I was scheduled to pick it up in Coon Rapids. When I arrived , on schedule, with a reservation in hand, I was advises that the only appropriatly sized trailer was being held for a trip to Texas. I had to drive to an unknown location that was many miles away, and very hard to find. I was very unhappy!!!Del H.
We reserved a 4x8 trailer at our local u-haul in St Michael , Mn 3 weeks before our needed use on Aug 21st. That morning we had to go 40 minutes away to get a 5x8 trailer. If your company is U haul you should have had one ready at the St. Michael location..Don't ask us to refer u haul to anyone , as we won't. Not good service..Roger H.

I tried to use online check in to get my truck. After scanning my license, taking a test, and clicking for ten minutes... i was told i couldnt do online check-in. I then had to go inside and spend another 10 minutes checking in. Very misleading and disappointing.Reine K.

Well first of the truck was supposed to be reserved for 11:15am. We did not get our truck til almost 2pm. No one notified us. My husband called half hour before pick up to just check in and they then informed us that it was not ready. Then around 1pm. Still nothing. So my husband called again and they said it wasn't ready. We did not get a call til alost 2pm...to let us know the truck was ready. Then when we got the truck is was NOT cleaned out. Also, our truck was supposed to be reserved at the coon rapid's location. The night before we got the text remind that it was reserved at the wrong location. 15 mins away. Then when we dropped the truck off they wouldn't do anything about it.chad P.

Worker did not know how to use Uhaul computer. After I left with equipment, I got a phone message saying I had to change my drop off location. Ken changed my agreement trying to make me drive an hour out of my way to drop off. I called Uhaul and they were very nice and changed it back to my origional drop location. I was very unhappy this was changed after agreement was signed.Roger R.
Perhaps clean windows and mirrors, but not a big deal. I was impressed with this late model U-Haul truck, since the last time I rented a U-Haul truck many years ago it was old, big, and cumbersome. Great improvement.RICHARD J.
