After hours return app didn't work as planned. Was quickly resolved with contact to 800 number on contract. Would rent again.

JORDAN MThe trailer that I used was adequate for the job. Although I was told that it was water resistant it certainly was not waterproof as there was some leakage of water on the left side of the trailer onto the transported furniture. The location to pick up was adequate. However, I had requested 2 furniture dollies and only one was available at the site. I was also told that the site was open until 5 PM. I arrived to return the trailer at 4:30 PM and no one was there. I was able to contact personnel by phone but was disappointed that I had to leave the trailer, dolly and blankets without checking them back into the facility. I was forced to leave the dolly and the blankets in the back of the trailer without being able to lock them away.
STEPHEN FI have rented Uhaul trailers from this vendor on numerous occasions. Good service. Great people. Good products.
