Overall, the equipment was clean and well maintained. There was a bit of gunk build up in the corners that could be washed out.
KEVIN WPick up and drop off were quick and easy. Equipment was in great shape. Can't think of anything that could be improved on. It was a great experience from start to finish.
SHANNON SI think having the customer do a video around the truck and inside may be more helpful than the pictures. The way the U-Hauls are parked in there, do not allow for ease of pictures. It also does not allow for someone to back up far enough to get the whole side in the image.
Tabitha DProfessional and friendly staff !!! Used this location even though there were two others closer to me. It really means a great deal NOT to have to deal with someone who looks like they just got out of bed and who is not interested in your needs. Also, they have great college sports apparel for sale.
