Closed location for a week. Website down, an hour and a half hold to reserve one just for the agent to have me do a mobile pick up (doesn’t work if app is down) then another 30 mins to pick up the truck. Had to see two different locations.

Had trailer come off the ball while driving down the highway. Was either connected wrong or was defective.
Rhonda WThe hitch came off the ball as I was driving down the highway. It was bouncing left and right, I still can't believe I was able to get over to the median and come to a stop. The hitch was either put on wrong or broken. It did a lot of damage to my truck.

tonya jThey had put the wrong reading for the gas gauge so even after I added fuel it was below what they said it started with. When I added gas, THEN it was to the mark 1/4 mark. It started out closer to the 1/8th mark. $30 charge. $19 gas. $15 of actual gas I put into it.
