The tow dolly looked descent, but was worn out in rachet,straps.And the guy who hooked it up didn't hook up the chains for the car being towed to the dolly. Cost me damages to my car and the dolly. And had to get a wrecker!

The brakes on this unit need attention. I had to stand on them to get them to stop. Please, please repair!
CHRISTIE CNo help to unhook and drop trailer, was heavy and difficult for a tired 73 year old man to accomplish after a hot day of moving. Trailer drop is in an unmoved grass lot. Will definitely check out other locations for future use in Ardmore.
Ricky MClosed location for a week. Website down, an hour and a half hold to reserve one just for the agent to have me do a mobile pick up (doesn’t work if app is down) then another 30 mins to pick up the truck. Had to see two different locations.
