Equipment for self pick-up was extremely difficult to use. The numbers on the side of the truck and the back did not match. Back tires were each 15psi too low requiring purchasing air from a tire store (which thankfully was open on Sunday) since a regular air pump at a service station only goes to 70 psi. Truck was parked in mud. Overall a disappointing experience.
Robert CFurniture pads and dolly were not provided as requested. Unit had damage to rear end as shown, and back was not swept out upon pickup.
