TERRENCE BBest U-HAUL place I've EVER been. All of the information is posted where you can see it. There is a screen you look at so there is full transparency. Not to mention Clete is really nice and helpful.

PETER RIf the check engine light goes off “all the time”, and “it’s a gas casket issue but it’s safe to drive”, it would be super helpful to communicate this to customers before they leave with the truck. Also, the customer shouldn’t have to pay for the extra mileage that the customer incurred when they aborted their trip to return the vehicle to the lot, to then be told it was okay to drive and it happens all the time. Ugh!!!!
