I had an interesting experience with the pick up location I arrived 10 minutes early my pick up appointment was 830am when I arrived at 820am I went in the lobby and there was no one at the counter until 8:45 and when he came inside he didn’t have the computer on and didn’t k ow how to turn it on we waited tell 9 there was two guys in there and he asked one of them for help and he said did you try and turn the f***ing computer on in front of a lobby of people then get everything filled out for the rental get in my vehicle and the guy started backing me up to the wrong trailer it’s about 915am now I then looked at the retail paperwork to find the right trailer number and told him then he when to the right trailer and I began to back up but he was too concerned with lighting another cigarette then helping be back up to the trailer I then waited for him to wave me back time is now about 930am he hooked the trailer up wrong and I had to correct it and the 4 pin trailer plug was smashed I have a new one in my van because I’m a mobile trailer technician for U-Haul and other vendors probably the longest and worst service I’ve gotten
