The attendees should have noted passenger door damage. They did not do check off walk around with customer. It's been a few years since Have needed such a rental, but passed rental always did a walk around and a checkoff sheet. I took photo's at pre-trip around the rental moving van. I washed unit on return,( was not washed when I picked up). When dropped off I informed attendant of door damage and showed pre-trip photo to him. Great vehicle, drives very nice. Lots of power, and very reasonable on fuel for hauling a load, van was 75% full. there is a rattle on the exhaust at times. Sounds like a loose heat shield or something. Recommend check on next service of unit. Thank you for your service providers.

Returned the truck on the day I was scheduled to return it, but later than the original scheduled time of 8:30 A.M. Although I had phoned uhaul before I left and told them I was told originally I could get an additional day as I had hired help to unload the truck at 9:30 that morning. I was told over the phone I could have an extra day. When I returned the truck the lady I talked to said I wasnt late as it wasnt due until the next morning at 8:30, indicating I did get the extra day. However, I was billed for extra miles. The place I was told to bring it to drop it off was 20 some miles north of Vernon, my destination. The miles I was apparently allotted did not take into account that the house I was going to was south of Vernon by an additional 8 miles, then the long drive to return it to another location. The extra charge was bogus.
JOHN MOverall the tow dolly was in great condition. The challenge is with the condition of the ratchet that tightened the wheel straps. Very rusty had difficulty releasing the rolled up straps. The ends of the straps were difficult to thread into the ratchet. It’s a good thing that I have experience with tow dolly’s. Also the booking agent did not advise me that extending lights to place on the vehicle being towed were required and NOT AVAILABLE through U-Haul. I knew I tequired them and anticipated renting them at time of pickup. Greatly impacted my day. Not happy!
DWAYNE BInstead of having customer scan front and back side of DL maybe get some scanner equipment to do that.
