MARTIN HWell your link doesn’t work several times . I fill in the info and it redirects me to check my email for the link ……. It just keeps going back to the same thing. I guess you don’t want to tell you how I really feel. The people at spall were good, however your online reservation system sucks it said I could pick up the trailer I wanted at spall but NO this is not true. Plus I was told they never had that trailer there, however when I dropped off the SMALLER trailer lo and behold there was TWO of the trailers I wanted sitting there !!!! Plus I was told even with a reservation if someone rented what I requested the day before my reservation the trailer wouldn’t even be there for me so what good is your reservation system ????? People place a reservation for the time they needed it and expect it to be there on that day. Overall I am very disappointed with U-haul and will not recommend your services to anyone and I will look for other options before I would ever consider U-haul again.
