My rating is more about the pick up overall than the location. I don't like unmanned locations simply because if something goes sideways there is no one there to help. While the App worked pretty well (one little snafu when it wouldn't scan the back of my driver's license), there are just too many things that could go wrong with relying on a customer cell phone. I specifically made the reservation to pick up at the main U-Halul location in Tuscaloosa, just so that it would be manned, and then U-haul changed me to this unmanned site on the other side of town. Do better. If a customer wants to pick up at a specific location, just have the truck there.
