Location was convenient but it was also a towing facility so a lot of congestion and vehicles cluttered around. Folks were responsive on phone to coordinate after hours drop off.

Originally reserved a 5x9 with a ramp for 18 hours because I needed to move multiple loads before a 26’ box rental the following day. Location was changed last minute which wasn’t a problem, but upon arrival at the new location I was told the staff forgot about me. Waited for them to arrive. Check in process went okay, but I was told I needed to have the trailer back by 4pm, which was only 6 hours- 12 hours short of my original rental time. Was with my partner and was told upon leaving: “you ladies have a good day. Be safe, it’s dangerous out there” and while I have long hair, I’m very clearly a man.
