There was no person available due to the time of day and the parking lot was a bit tight to receive such a large truck

The customer service was excellent. I was moving from Asheville to Charlotte having assistance on both ends with a time constraint or otherwise I would have taken UHAUL back for cleaning.. Once I picked up the U-Haul. My movers were waiting on me and when we opened up the door, it smelled like a farm and you could tell cattle had been in there and what not and saw remnants of it in the back of the vehicle smeared on the floor. We had to hose it out, wash the truck can and dry it before we could stick any of our furniture in there as well as spray it down. I paid my Movers, an extra hundred dollars to do this. I called the owner of this location and she told me she would look at getting my money refunded with UHAUL. I have not heard from anyone. But feel this was unacceptable.
