The truck was not even at their property. When we arrived the utility dolly that we requested was at their front desk and they expected us to take it to the uhaul that was about a quarter mile from their property along with us in our car trunk and load it into the uhaul. Then we realized once we arrived at our location that the uhaul website dose not give you the correct measurements of the inside of the truck and only accounts for floor to ceiling and not floor to the ceiling joist that then made the truck to short for by 3 inches for what we needed it for. When I called the location to see if we could exchange trucks and pay the difference they said no that they were ready to leave soon and didn't want to handle it that I could always call corporate office on Monday the following business day and get a refund sense we didn't really use the truck. When we returned the uhaul the check in app was unavailable in their location and I had to call the corporate office to return the truck. I then let the corporate location know of the the situation where they said a refund would be in order once the uhaul location confirmed that they received the truck on their next business day and that everything was in order with the return. We returned the truck with a full tank of gas and did not use it for anything just drove to our location to pick up a package and back to the uhaul establishment never once put anything in the truck sense the dimensions of the truck were incorrect. Not only were we not refunded the money the company charged us for an extra $49. This was appalling especially when all we requested was a partial refund because we did drive the truck. This place is a joke! It was dirty and the customer service was rude and lousey. You can tell they are only interested in the money. I will never use uhaul or this company's service ever again. There is a reason they have all one star google reviews. I cannot believe uhaul chooses to continue to do business with them and that both parties would rather lie than do a partial refund. When I contacted corporate uhaul about this they continuously directed me to the next supervisor and disconnected me never once receiving a call or email back. I tried 5 times to get to someone who would listen to what happened to the uhauls dealer company had to say every time bumped up to a supervisor and disconnected. Maybe if uhaul would look at where their trucks are on occasion and see the reviews that are being left then maybe they would start putting their customers first.Sonya T.

Business was closed when I came to pick up truck, had to call the owner and wait for the woman to show up then she didn't have keys for the truck that I rented. Decided to give me a bigger truck that was dirty and had to wait while she swept out the rocks, dirt and clay from the truck. When I tried to return the truck, she said that she didn't have space to park it on her property and that o had to drive it to another location. Truck leaked and my furniture deep in the truck got wet. It was a shot showLori M.
There is no place to return equipment at the address listed, and not enough room to turn the 26' truck around to park in the neighboring lot where they store their trucks. They could at least mention this fact when you call to tell them that you are dropping off the equipment and give you the address for the drop off. It was a very frustrating experience for a non local, and probably added an extra half hour to the drop off process.Robert W.
The truck smelled like cigarette smoke especially if/when I turned the heat on. The woman who helped me was very kind and I appreciated her care. I was surprised and concerned when I was advised not to leave my car at the location. I'm glad they told me, but I didn't have a good option to not leave my car there.
