Kind staff and amazing service. However, the truck was not clean at all when received. Another note, I reserved a truck for a convenient location. Last minute, uHaul decided to move my location 30 minutes away. I was forced to buy a $60 uber ride to the new location. I called uHaul and was told nothing could be done… Right before my uber ride, uHaul decided to change my location again to the opposite side of town. This was the MOST HECTIC experience I’ve had with uHaul and added an immense amount of stress to my move. I am hesitant to use uHaul for my future moves (and probably won’t.)
Corbin HStaff were excellent. They made sure one of the tires was replaced before renting to us.
