PAWEL DI rent a lot due to my small business. I only rented at this location due to my normal spot, not having the van.Guy at the desk told me the $15 safe move insurance was mandatory and tried to charge my card after I dropped off the van. Told him it was not because you can opt out on the website. Ended up calling customer service and they told me it is NOT mandatory. Clearly, they are trying to make up their own charges there. First and last time renting at this location.
