I normally have a good experience with Uhaul, but this time it was the opposite 1st, I arrived at the location of pick and the truck that I reserved was not there and they offered me the 26 footers, which I really did not want, but if I did not take it, then I would need to go and hunt down a 15 footer. 2nd the attended their marked the gas as 3/8 where in-fact it was 1/4 , I have the pictures to prove it. 3rd, driving the truck to my house, I notice the hood was moving/shaking and popping up as I am driving, it turned out that the latch was not secured and it was in the open position. ( so glad I was not on the highway during this time) 4th, the drop off location was off telegraph rd, and with the 26 footer, it did not give that options but sent me to Farm rd, which is few miles difference. .
