When I picked up the truck I got excellent service. When I dropped it off I was late. However the people there wererude and unhelpful. Different personal than who I initially dealt with. I should not have to wait for a receipt. I should know before I leave the office how much I owe. Been dealing with uhaul off and on for 30 some years and never had to wait on a final price if dropped off during business hours.
Josh DThe only negative is that the 6x12 enclosed trailer did not have a jack in the front near the tongue of the trailer.
