Uhaul itself screwed up again and there's no way to rate uhaul itself. This isn't the first time uhaul says things are available and they're not. You can't book at the location, only online. The uhaul reps kept trying to get me to use a Geneva,oh location that is horrible! The phone reps were very rude when I didnt want to drive out of my way to a bad place. This location has been A+! The uhaul reps and online is F!
