MARK BThis vendor told me there was a quarter tank of gas and to make sure that I filled the equivalent of. Right before I dropped of the Uhaul Early I stopped at the gas station and put a qrtr tank of gas into it and he charged me for fuel... he charged me for a fuel fill charge! That's for starters the uhaul had ashes in the coin slot smelled like smoke and it had a leak while I was moving my possessions in the rain. I was 27 miles under what I estimated and was early on my return... I expected more from a customer service representative of U-Haul all in all im walking away very dissatisfied with this transaction! Sincerely, JH
