The pickup instructions were incorrect regarding key location. The instructions said that the key lock box was inside the truck, and it was not. The lock boxes were on the side of the building. This is something that needs to be updated to avoid confusion.

The U Haul parking area is very small and difficult to get into and out of.
CLAUDE HThis location was closed when I dropped off my truck. However, there was a key drop off box. I had to call uhaul for assistance with drop off. I was able to get truck dropped off.
Sherrie SReturn process is fine,but rental process is a little slow for a u-haul location.
CHARLES TCharged a cleaning fee for a uhaul that I swept and mopped before returning. It looked better when I brought it back than it did when I picked it up.. money hungry location.
