Pickup location is not a legitimate business, it’s a rundown/overgrown dump. There was no one there, when I called the number I got a message saying everyone was busy with other customers, what a joke. The neighbor finally got ahold of the owner. U-Haul should not be sending their customers to such a sketchy place. Also, the trailer’s brakes didn’t work and I had to call for a repair. Generally this was not a good experience at all.
