There should be a notification when booking that states "this location will be closed at the requested pickup time". An online/app check in will be required. When I got to my pickup location I opened the back and the floor had dirt all over it. It required cleaning before use. Also, when I picked up the truck there was barely over quarter take of gasoline. Fill these things up, don't make me guess how much gas I have to put in it when returning.

I called ahead to ask if they had a trailer. They said yes. When I got there they did not have a trailer, only a truck which was more than twice the price of a trailer. I needed this for about 2 hours. I asked if someone would be there in 2 hours so I could return it and they said yes. When I got there 2 hours later the Open sign was still lit but the door was locked and barred and no one answered the phone. I had to wait an hour and a half to turn it in. Also the mileage in the vehicle did not reflect the mileage in your system. I had the feeling that if I had not noticed those and said something to the attendant they would have attempted to charge me for the discrepancy miles. Just an overall sketchy, poor experience.
JASON GThe workers had some miscommunication regarding how I would get the keys and I ended up waiting 30 minutes before being handed the keys well after my rental pickup time. The vehicle had incorrect miles and had trash in the back.
