They lady was very helpful and friendly I had some issues getting it but she made sure I left with one so I'm glad thanks a lot to her we now have a awesome kitchen table in our house

Truck was covered with snow and ice and was told "oh well, there's nothing we can do about it." It took 45 minutes to remove the snow and ice which was how long it took to check out.
TERESA GThe truck was fine but i had paid for a dolly and it wasnt in the truck.after talking to 4 different people noone was available to give me a dolly and there were no other uhaul dealers in the area.the regional manager called to say he would meet me for a dolly in a town 40 minutes away.the app is difficult to use.i had to drop off the truck across town in the dowtown area of a large city which there were other locations closer. The process was very stressful and expensive.i only had the truck for 8 hours for 167$ and no dolly.
