When I picked up the truck it was on one half tank of gas had to put over $50 in it to get it to full was told I could return it to any U-Haul place tried returning it in West Monroe and was told I had to take it all the way back to Ruston which brought the fuel down and cost me more for mileage I returned it with half a tank of fuel the same way I found it but was still charged

U haul did not provide receipt. I called and requested to receive a receipt via email and they sent me an email with the link to the receipt and no way to download the receipt or zoom in. Text is way too small so I have to go find a computer and get online later just to see receipt. Just give paper receipt. Good service and support but the app not so great
Kristopher SThe trailer was a little dirty with leaves and dirt - but it really did not matter to me - most of that blew out during the trip. The owner was very polite and very quick with getting me on my way; I appreciated that.
