I actually couldn't think of anything you could do any better. I was very pleased and impressed with the service and the people. They were extremely more pleasant than all the other people I talked to U-Haul that day trying to rent one Adam Surplus did a fantastic job get me what I needed get me on my way and making sure everything was right. I will use them from here on out even though it's a 30 minute drive for me
Steven HRedundancy in staff training-although service was excellent, one of the employees needed assistance in completing the reservation/check out process; the employee/owner helping the employee had to manage multiple tasks and assist in the process. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with, my comments are suggestions to help ease the location's workload and are not intended to portray a negative image. Id definitely rent from that location again.
