When I checked in, the truck was clean and the process was mostly straightforward, but there were 2 issues. First, the gas tank was nearly empty, so I had to refuel it and left it was more gas than I picked it up with. Second, the mileage on the app I checked it with did not match the mileage if the truck and the app would not let me edit it despite trying to upload a picture. That caused an issue when I tried to return the truck since it seemed like I had driven hundreds of miles because the mileage on the app did not match the actual mileage (impossible because I drove like 6 miles in 2 hours). The app would not let me save the real mileage on the odometer. I called the online support and they told me to take pictures and that he would leave a note in the account (they were good). I tried to call the location the next day, but never got in contact. The account got closed and they never charged me more after the initial charge or anything, so I guess it’s all good though. I still wouldn’t recommend based on this though.

The vehicle had no working exterior lights. The tires were not in good condition. I had to wait over and hour and still return because the vehicle wasn’t ready at the appointed time. After waiting over a hour and the leaving and returning the vehicle was given to me with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas.The customer service was horrible. This was not the original pickup location it was changed without my knowledge until the pickup time. Overall horrible experience.
