Daniel M.Worst experience ever. Next time I move I will not be issuing uhaul. The truck was filthy, the passenger seatbelt didn't work, the location was horrible, my original reservation was cancelled with no notification. Horrible experience overall.

Brandon H.I was supposed to pick a truck up on Jimmy Carter, but the check engine light was on in the truck. No other truck available, so I had to drive in traffic 25 miles away to get another truck. It was a horrible experience. And then I had to pay more because sales tax was higher in that area. Needless to say, I was not happy with the experience and hope I don't have to rent again!
