The truck was dirty and wet with items still in it. Stained a lot of my furniture and the inside of the truck was very nasty with trash in it.

Destinee BThe location to pick up the truck was changed an hour before my pick up time at 1:30pm. The 10' truck reserved was not available and had to Rent 15' truck and pay extra. I only used 32 mileage but charged me 70 miles estimated used for quote and charge me utility dolly that wasn't available. I am waiting for resolution. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation. In this location there are only 2 trucks. Including the 15' truck that i had the rent. The outside of the office was run down and not maintained at all.
Mini UThere is no customer service available at this location. Self serve system ins not easy to use or follow. Location it self is a dump.
Kimberly TIn my original reservation, I requested a furniture cart, moving dolly, and 1 pack of furniture pads - all of which were missing from the truck at pickup. Not having these items available meant it took longer to move all of my items which meant I was unable to return the truck on time and was therefore charged for 2 rental periods. Also, the truck condition itself was poor. The gear shift would get stuck in Park and there were no working wiper blades which forced me to drive in the rain without fully clear view.
